Donations

1. Donations made to FRST Foundation are non-refundable.
2. Once a donation is made, it cannot be canceled or reversed, as funds are allocated towards our programs and initiatives immediately.
3. In case of an error in the transaction (such as duplicate donations or incorrect amounts), donors may request a refund within 7 days of the transaction.

Refund Request Process

If you believe an error has occurred in your donation transaction, please follow these steps:

1. Email us at foundation@frst.co.in with the following details:
   • Full Name
   • Date of Donation
   • Transaction Amount
   • Mode of Payment
   • Reason for Refund Request
2. Our team will review the request and respond within 5-7 business days.
3. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10-15 business days via the original payment method.

Event Registrations & Campaign Contributions

Contributions made for events, campaigns, or fundraising initiatives are also non-refundable, unless the event is canceled by FRST Foundation. If an event is canceled, registered participants will be notified via email, and refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 10-15 business days.

Cancellation Policy

Once a donation or contribution is processed, it cannot be canceled. If you signed up for a recurring donation, you can request to cancel future payments by emailing us at foundation@frst.co.in at least 7 days before the next scheduled payment.
